Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the bamboo items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid sustainable shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unwashed, original items back into their eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
